In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your online purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and have not been worn. It should be noted that we do not refund postage or courier fees incurred for unwanted items.

All returned items must be in their original, unused and perfect condition with full documentation including certificates.

Please also email sales@layladiamonds.com to let us know you wish to exchange or return, so we know to expect your parcel and can process your request efficiently.

When returning items we strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting. We recommend using Special or Recorded Delivery Royal Mail or DHL services and cannot be held responsible for any returned items until they reach us. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Earrings, bespoke and engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the item is found to be of faulty manufacture we will rectify this without charge.

Ring sizing will be carried out once free of charge - a charge will apply to further alterations. Once resized, rings cannot be refunded or exchanged. Engraved ring which requires resizing will require the engraving to be redone, which will incur an additional engraving fee. Please get in touch for further information.

Any item that have been personalised or customised cannot be refunded or exchanged.
